Domestic Shipping Policy

 

We offer FREE SHIPPING within the US.

All orders are processed 1-2 business days after successful payment. We ship USPS First Class. Express shipping (1-2 days) is also available at additional cost. 
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

 

International Shipping Policy

 

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $200.

Delivery estimates depend on the destination country. Orders are generally received within 6-14 business days from the shipping date. However, it may take longer if the shipment has been held for customs processing. 
*IMPORTANT: Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Damages

 

Baby in MerinoTM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

WARRANTY

 

Baby in MerinoTM garments come with 2 months warranty from the date of purchase. Damage that occurs after this period is caused by wear and tear.

Please follow instructions on the label when laundering, as we are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper care. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

We are proud to offer beautiful high-quality merino products and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition, including any tags and labels, upon presentation of the original invoice within 30 days of purchase.

To return an item, please email us to request a Return Authorization Number. Please enclose this number with your item and a note explaining the reason for the return and send to:
