Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.BabyInMerino.com! Below are the terms and conditions that outline our shipping, warranty, and return policies.


Domestic Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping on all U.S. consumer orders over $75.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment and shipped via USPS Ground Class or Priority.
  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your purchase has been shipped, including tracking information for your convenience.

Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items are reserved for you and shipped once they are received at our warehouse.
  • The estimated delivery date is displayed on the product detail page.
  • Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase.
  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification.

International Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is available on international orders over $250.
  • Delivery times vary based on the destination and are typically between 6-14 business days. Additional time may be required for customs clearance.

Important:

  • Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for further details.

Damages

Baby in Merino™ is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods to support your claim.

Warranty

All Baby in Merino™ garments include a 2-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Damage due to wear and tear after this period is not covered.
  • Please follow care instructions on the garment label, as we cannot replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering.

Returns Policy

We take pride in our high-quality merino products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned and received by us within 28 days of purchase.
  • All items must be returned to us in fully resalable condition. Items that are damaged, washed, worn, covered in pet hair, in damaged packaging, or missing original sales tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@babyinmerino.com with the following details: your order number, and the reason for your return or exchange
  • Returns must be shipped back at the buyer’s cost. You may use any shipping service, but we highly recommend using a tracked or insured service for your protection. Baby in Merino™ is not liable for lost packages.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund for the purchase amount (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.
